Cape Fear Games (“we,” “us”) operates this website. We collect as little personal information as we can, and we never sell it. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your choices are.
What we collect
Orders. When you place an order, our e-commerce platform (Lightspeed eCommerce) collects the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you ordered. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.
Forms. If you send us an estimate request or contact message, we keep the name, contact details, and message you submit so we can respond to you.
Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Plausible) that tells us aggregate page statistics only — no personal identification, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.
Cookies
The site sets only the functional cookies required for the shopping cart and checkout to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use and share information
We use your information to fulfill orders, respond to your messages, and run the store. We share it only with the service providers required to do that — our e-commerce platform, payment processor, and shipping carriers — and only what each one needs. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
